When Billie Rae spotted a shark stuck between some rocks, she knew she had to help. Without thinking, the brave little girl reached down into the water and freed the shark. But she didn’t stop there. Many people would have likely hesitated to help the fish, but Billie didn’t stop when she literally took the little guy out from between a rock and a hard place. In the end, both were smiling.
